     Located in Wichita, KS., America's heartland, where backyard BBQ means more than a good meal. It's a place where friends and family gather to create memories. A family tradition of sharing time around the dinner table, and a love for great food inspires us to appreciate the small details that transform a good meal into a great one.

     Selecting the perfect prime cut from your favorite butcher, marbled generously with flecks of fat. Peppered with an expert combination of spices, coarsely granulated, and not too fine. Slowly cooked for hours to perfection. Never removed from the fire until the ideal temperature is reached and the flavor infused bark is beading with the zest of the salt and spices percolating into an expert crust.

     Without rest, the time and preparation invested in this cook cannot be fully appreciated. Resting your creation for hours at the perfect temperature, continuing to melt those flecks of fat that you meticulously selected. The meat, the marbling, and the spices all melt into one another and immerses themselves into a delicious consolidation of flavor. Only after proper rest, your mouthwatering masterpiece becomes so tender it literally falls apart.

     Until now, resting your creations involved bulky coolers, old towels, and homegrown techniques for keeping the temperature consistent after leaving the fire. We created the Rest-It Flavor Vault to replace those homegrown techniques with an inexpensive. reusable, consistent method for keeping your grilled creations at the perfect resting temperature for hours. Weighing only ounces, 50 insulated Rest-It Flavor Vaults could fit into a single cooler used for traditional resting methods.
